Peruvian Model 1891 Rifle: Identical to the Argentinian Model 1891 with the exception of the Markings, Caliber and the Lang Vizier rear sight. Peru purchased 30,000 from Ludwig Loewe & Co. The Maunfacturers "DWM" Logo Is stamped on the left receiver side. Manufactured in Berlin. The rifle is Cal. 7.65 x 53mm, 48.62" length, 9.04 lbs, 4 grove R.H., 5 Rnd box Mag. Bluing on the reveiver area still somewhat intact, the barrel has some blue, but mostly worn with a brown patina. Some pitting on end of mussel. Bore is good condition. Stock has no cracks or splits, just the usal dings and scratches with a 100+ year old rifle.
